About us

Thirty years in tech.
This one is different.

AI For All was founded to help UK businesses navigate the biggest technology shift any of us will see in our working lives — before the gap between those who can use it well and those who can't becomes a gap that closes companies.

Why this exists

Our founder has spent thirty-plus years working in technology — through the move from mainframes to PCs, the arrival of the web, the smartphone, the cloud, social media. Every one of those changed how businesses operated. Most of them were absorbed gradually, over a decade or more. Companies that didn't keep up usually had time to catch up.

This is not one of those changes.

AI is moving at a speed and scale that's genuinely without precedent. Capabilities that didn't exist a year ago are now embedded in everyday tools. The businesses paying attention are quietly compounding advantages — faster proposals, sharper marketing, better customer service, fewer hours on admin, smaller teams doing more meaningful work. The businesses ignoring it are watching their margins narrow and their best people get poached.

The honest read: in the next two to three years, "uses AI well" will become as foundational a business skill as "uses email well" became in the late 1990s. The companies that get on board now will lead. The ones that don't will be running to catch up — or they won't be running at all.

What we believe

That AI should benefit everyone in a business — not just the technical few. The clue is in the name.

That hype is unhelpful. Most AI advice in 2026 is either breathless evangelism or fearful hand-wringing — neither is what a working manager needs. We try to be plain, practical and honest. If a tool isn't worth your time, we'll say so.

That training without follow-up is wasted training. A one-day course is a starting point, not a finish line. That's why every booking includes ongoing access to our learner portal — somewhere to keep practising, share wins, and ask questions when something stops working.

That you should not be locked in to one provider. We teach the tools that fit your problem — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, no-code builders, whatever's right. The landscape moves fast; we update what we teach quarterly.

How we work

Three lanes: strategy (where to start, what to ignore), implementation (the actual rollout, integration and training), and practical staff training (public courses and bespoke in-house sessions). For solo founders and very small businesses, we run a one-day "AI for Founders" course that takes an idea from rough concept to working prototype.

We're based in Manchester and work UK-wide. Training runs in classroom (Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, London) and live online. Consultancy is on-site or remote, whichever makes sense for the work.

A small note on scale

We deliberately keep classroom groups small — maximum eight on the founder course, maximum twelve on team courses — because AI training works best when the trainer can see your screen and answer your specific questions. Bigger groups get the slick demo. Smaller groups get the working knowledge.

If that sounds like the kind of help you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
