1. Who we are
This site is operated by AI For All. Where these terms refer to "we", "us" or "our", they mean AI For All.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that may damage the site or impair its availability to others.
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. While we take reasonable care to keep the content accurate, we make no warranties or guarantees and you should not rely on it as professional advice without speaking to us first.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, code, course outlines, prompt libraries and any downloadable materials — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view, share and link to our content for personal or internal business use, but you may not republish, sell, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

4. Bookings, payments and cancellations
By booking a course or consultancy engagement you agree to the price and terms shown at checkout. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Where applicable, UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate.
Cancellation by you:
- More than 14 days before the course start date: full refund or transfer to another date.
- 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund, or full transfer to another date.
- Less than 7 days before, or no-show: no refund. A substitute attendee may be sent at no charge.
Cancellation by us: If we have to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a free transfer to another date or a full refund. We are not liable for any incidental costs (travel, accommodation, lost wages).
Gift vouchers: Vouchers are non-refundable but transferrable, and valid for 12 months from purchase.
5. AI tools used in our training
Our training involves third-party AI tools (such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney and others). We do not control these platforms. Their availability, pricing and policies may change without notice.
Outputs from AI tools are produced by those platforms and may contain errors, omissions or biased content. You should always check AI-generated material before relying on it for business decisions, regulated advice, or work that affects others.
Do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential commercial information into a third-party AI tool unless you have confirmed that platform meets your data-protection requirements. We will help you evaluate this where relevant.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the services we provide is limited to the fees paid by you to us for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when the most recent change was made. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
